How to track Your Zenwatch Order

If you've placed an order with Zenwatch and need to make a change or cancel it, here's how you can proceed:

Step 1: Check order status

Before proceeding, first check if your order has already been processed or shipped:

  • Click on the Messenger icon on the Zenwatch website and use the "Order Status" widget.

  • Enter your email address and oerder ID to view the current status.

Step 2: Request a change or cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped:

  • Contact us immediately via Messenger.

  • Clearly provide your order number and explain the changes you wish to make (such as updating the delivery address, choosing a different model, or cancelling entirely).

Important:
Please reach out as soon as possible, since once your order has been shipped, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

If your order has already shipped

Once your Zenwatch order is shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it. However, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered.
