After placing your order at Zenwatch, you'll see various statuses as your order moves through processing and shipping.
Here's a quick guide to help you understand what each status means:
Common order statuses
Processing
Your order has been received and is currently being prepared. At this stage, we're packaging your watch and preparing shipping documents.Awaiting shipment
Your order is packaged and ready, and we're waiting for the shipping carrier to collect the package.Shipped
Your order is now with the shipping carrier and on its way to you. You should have received a tracking number by email.Out for delivery
Your order is currently with your local delivery service and should arrive at your address shortly.Delivered
Your Zenwatch order has been successfully delivered to your specified address.Delayed
This means there's a temporary hold or delay, often related to shipping disruptions, carrier delays, or availability issues. Contact us if the delay is extended.Cancelled
Your order was cancelled either at your request or due to payment issues. Refunds are typically processed within 5β10 business days.Returned
Your returned order has been received at our warehouse, and a refund or exchange is being processed.
How to check your order status
Use our messenger at the bottom of your screen, when it opens, use the Order status widget in the messenger home screen.
Alternatively, log in to your Zenwatch Account to see all your orders and current statuses.
You can also check your current order status via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
