Understanding Zenwatch order statuses

After you place your order with Zenwatch, you will see various status updates while your order is being processed and shipped. Here’s a brief overview of what each status means:

Common Order Statuses

🟡 Processing
Your order has been received and is currently being prepared. We are packing your watch and creating the shipping documents.

📦 Ready for Shipment
Your order is packed and ready for pickup by the shipping carrier.

🚚 Shipped
Your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you. You should have received an email with your tracking number.

📬 Out for Delivery
Your order is with your local delivery service and should arrive soon.

Delivered
Your Zenwatch order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

Delayed
There is a temporary delay, for example due to shipping issues, delivery delays, or availability problems. Contact us if the delay persists.

Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled either at your request or due to a payment issue. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Returned
Your return has been received at our warehouse, and a refund or exchange is currently being processed.

🟣 Pre-Order
You have pre-ordered a watch that is not yet available. Your package will be shipped as soon as the watch is in stock. You will receive a notification when shipping begins.
