In the returns portal, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or Shop Credit. If you choose Shop Credit, you’ll receive it faster via email than a regular refund, along with a 16-digit code. ⏳
How long is Shop Credit valid? 🗓️
Shop Credit has no expiration date. You can redeem it at any time.
How do I redeem my Shop Credit? 🛒
You can easily redeem your Shop Credit on your next order. Copy the 16-digit code you received and enter it in the discount code field at checkout. The code is only valid for the email address it was sent to and is immediately activated, allowing you to pay without any payment delay. 🎟️
Can I cash out my Shop Credit? ❌
No, Shop Credit cannot be cashed out. It can only be used for purchases in our store. 💸❌
What happens to my Shop Credit if I return an item? 🔄
In the event of a return, the amount will automatically be refunded to your existing Shop Credit code. The code will be reactivated and remain linked to your email address, allowing you to shop with it again. 🛍️
