We only accept returns within the 14-day return period, which starts from the delivery date according to your order’s tracking information.

Please note:

  • The watch should be free of scratches, dents, or any signs of use.

  • If the product shows signs of use, the refund may be adjusted accordingly. ❗🛠️

There, you will receive a DHL return label to send your return safely and trackably. 📬

  • Important: The DHL label is only valid for 30 days.

  • This ensures you are covered in case of loss and can always provide proof of shipment.

  • We cannot accept liability for self-shipped returns without proof. 🛡️

When will I receive my refund? 💸

  • Processing time after receipt of goods: 15–20 business days ⏳

  • Refund issued: 6–7 business days after completion of processing 📩
