Unwanted products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of your Zenwatch order. 📦📮

How do our return policies work? 🔄


We accept your return only within the 14‑day return window. This period begins on the date shown in your order’s tracking information. Please note:

  • The watch must show no scratches, dents or other signs of wear. If the product shows signs of use, we will have to deduct from your refund. 🔧

  • You must return all original contents: watch, charging cable and packaging. 📦🔌

Who bears the return shipping costs? 📦🌍


Return costs vary depending on the country of dispatch. You can find the exact breakdown here: return shipping costs. These costs are your responsibility.

How do i send back my order? 📦


Please register your return in our portal at: return shipment registration. There you will receive a DHL return label with which you can ship your return securely and with tracking. 📦


This means you’re insured by DHL in case of loss and can prove shipment at any time. Important: we cannot accept liability for prepaid shipments without proof of postage. ⚠️

Where can i find my order number? 🔍


You will find your order number in the confirmation email automatically sent to you after purchase. Please also check your spam folder or the email address used for your payment. 📧

When will I receive my refund? 💸

The processing of your return usually takes 7–10 business days, up to a maximum of 15 days. ⏳ As soon as we receive your package, you’ll get an email confirmation.

After successful inspection, we’ll send you a second email confirming the refund. 📩

Depending on your bank, it may then take up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account. 🏦
