You’ve sent back your return and are waiting for your refund? No worries, here’s the exact process:
1️⃣ Report your return in the portal
Please report your return within 14 days in the customer portal.
2️⃣ Send the return
Ship the return either via DHL or, if you’re abroad, via your own shipping method.
3️⃣ Return received by us
Once we receive your return, you’ll be notified by email. From this day, it takes 15-20 business days for us to inspect the return.
4️⃣ Inspection & refund
If everything is okay, your refund will be issued within 6–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days until the money appears in your account.
