You have 14 days from receipt to register your smartwatch for return in our Returns Portal. You only need your order number and email address.


Return Conditions for Your Smartwatch ✔️

  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging, and without signs of wear – just as you received it! 📦✨

  • Complete: All accessories and manuals must be included.

  • Packaging: Please pack carefully to ensure your smartwatch returns safely. 📮


Important for Returns

  • Returns are handled exclusively via DHL.

  • Returns must be registered in the Returns Portal – packages sent without registration cannot be processed.

  • Returns must be sent to the return address provided in the portal. Please do not send to other locations or shipping addresses, even if they appear in other orders.

  • Important: The return label issued by the portal is valid for 30 days only. Please use it within this period.


Return Costs 💸

  • Germany: Flat rate €4 (this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund)

  • Austria: Flat rate €5 (this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund)

  • All other countries: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, according to the chosen shipping service.

  • Important for Switzerland 🇨🇭: Please include a customs declaration – the necessary documents will be provided.


How to Return 📨

  1. Register your return within 14 days of receipt in the Returns Portal.

  2. Each return must be sent separately – multiple orders in one package cannot be assigned in our system. 🙅‍♂️📦

  3. Returns sent late or outside the portal will unfortunately be returned to you. 🚫🔙


When Will You Get Your Money Back? 💰

  • Processing time after receipt: 15–20 business days

  • Refund: 5–7 days after processing is complete

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit – whichever you prefer.
