Condition: Unused, in original packaging, and without signs of wear – just as you received it! 📦✨
Complete: All accessories and manuals must be included.
Packaging: Please pack carefully to ensure your smartwatch returns safely. 📮
Important for Returns
Returns are handled exclusively via DHL.
Returns must be registered in the Returns Portal – packages sent without registration cannot be processed.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided in the portal. Please do not send to other locations or shipping addresses, even if they appear in other orders.
Important: The return label issued by the portal is valid for 30 days only. Please use it within this period.
Return Costs 💸
Germany: Flat rate €4 (this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund)
Austria: Flat rate €5 (this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund)
All other countries: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, according to the chosen shipping service.
Important for Switzerland 🇨🇭: Please include a customs declaration – the necessary documents will be provided.
How to Return 📨
Register your return within 14 days of receipt in the Returns Portal.
Each return must be sent separately – multiple orders in one package cannot be assigned in our system. 🙅♂️📦
Returns sent late or outside the portal will unfortunately be returned to you. 🚫🔙
When Will You Get Your Money Back? 💰
Processing time after receipt: 15–20 business days
Refund: 5–7 days after processing is complete
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit – whichever you prefer.
