Check, Change, or Cancel Orders

Every customer automatically gets a customer account with us, so you can check your order status and request changes at any time.

1. Check your order status

  • Go to your customer account and log in using the email address you used for your order.

  • Click on Orders and select the order you want to check.

  • You will see whether your order is on the way or already shipped.

  • You can also find the DHL tracking number to track your package directly.

2. Changes or cancellations

  • If the order has not been shipped yet:
    Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the changes you want to make (e.g., shipping address, model change, or cancellation).
    ⚠️ Important: The shipping address must match the paid account (e.g., PayPal). Otherwise, we cannot make changes for legal reasons.

  • If the order has already been shipped:
    Changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
    You can return the package once you receive it, or refuse delivery – it will then be returned to us automatically.
