Every customer automatically gets a customer account with us, so you can check your order status and request changes at any time.
1. Check your order status
Go to your customer account and log in using the email address you used for your order.
Click on Orders and select the order you want to check.
You will see whether your order is on the way or already shipped.
You can also find the DHL tracking number to track your package directly.
2. Changes or cancellations
If the order has not been shipped yet:
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the changes you want to make (e.g., shipping address, model change, or cancellation).
⚠️ Important: The shipping address must match the paid account (e.g., PayPal). Otherwise, we cannot make changes for legal reasons.If the order has already been shipped:
Changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
You can return the package once you receive it, or refuse delivery – it will then be returned to us automatically.
