Your discount code isn’t working? Here’s what you can do!

Having trouble applying your discount code at checkout? don’t worry – here are some helpful tips that may assist you with Zenwatch:

🔑 Are you logged into your Zenwatch account?


Some discount codes are tied to specific email addresses. if you received the code by email, make sure you’re signed in with that exact address in your customer account.

📧 Is your discount code linked to your email address?


Personalized discount codes usually only work with the email address they were originally sent to.

📅 Has your discount code expired?


Many of our codes don’t have an expiration date – feel free to use them at your convenience. to be safe, double‑check the original email or message.

🛍️ Are there already discounted items in your cart?


Generally, our discount codes also apply to sale items and ongoing promotions. if it’s still not working, check the specific terms and conditions of the code.

🔠 Did you enter the code correctly?


Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters and avoid extra spaces – especially at the beginning or end of the code.

🔍 Is it a zero or an “O”?


The number “0” and the letter “O” look very similar. double‑check to see if you might have made a typo.
