If you need to report a defect or request, please follow these steps to help us assist you faster:

  1. Have your order receipt ready and include the order number.

  2. Describe the issue clearly: Explain exactly what is defective.

  3. Send a video (if possible): Show the defect in action.

    • For battery or charging cable issues: record the watch while charging and when disconnecting the cable.

    • For software issues: create a video showing the watch’s behavior after a reset.
