Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong or incomplete product, please follow these steps:

  1. Have your order number ready and include it in your email.

  2. Send a photo of the received product.

  3. Do not discard or damage the package/product.

    • Inspection by DHL or for a damage claim may be required.
