1. Package marked as delivered but not received:
If your shipment is shown as ādeliveredā by DHL but you havenāt received it, please contact our support team within 5 days at [email protected]. Also, send us a recipient confirmation so that we can initiate an investigation with DHL.
2. Item arrived damaged:
If your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and send us a photo of the damaged item, so that we can file an investigation with DHL. ā ļø Late reports may result in DHL rejecting the claim.
3. Received an incomplete order:
If your order is incomplete, please report within 3 days of receipt, send a photo of the items you received, and fill out the eid-form, so that we can immediately file an investigation with DHL and provide you with a replacement if necessary.
